Gabriella- affectionately known as Gabi comes from Julie Speer ~Splendid Golden Retrievers. Gabriella has an absolutely stellar temperament - I have never met such a steady dog! Everyone who meets her loves her including dogs and cats! She simply charms everyone with her wonderful personality and playful nature!
Gabi completed her Canadian Championship as a Junior puppy (6-9class). Shown one weekend as a special Gabi was awarded Best of Breed and went on to a Group Second.
Gabi completed her American Championship in a similar fashion, she was awarded a Specialty Major, A Specialty Major Reserve and a BISS as a 10 month old puppy. She came home to grow up a bit and went out again just before two to finish quickly, her first day in the ring as a special Gabi was awarded Best Of Breed and went on to a Group Third.
The show wins aside, Gabi's real claim to fame are her natural good looks and personality. After all, it is not just looking like a Golden Retriever that makes this breed so special they must exhibit the stable and willing to please personality they were bred to have. We are excited and thrilled with what Gabi has produced so far! With babies already Championed and many pointed and on their way we see great things ahead!
